If you find that your goods have been damaged in transit you need to notify us immediately. We will then contact you with the details of where to return the goods to. They need to be in their full original packaging.
Once the goods have been received we will credit your credit card account with the cost of the product and the freight outwards (i.e. the original purchase price).
If the goods are faulty we will meet all our obligations under the consumer guarantees act. This means we will replace or fix your goods for free for any faulty goods supplied. Failing the above we will provide a full refund with return of the faulty goods as directed by us.
Please note that you need to return the damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt for us to provide you with a refund.
